Care Assistant

Full-time & Part-time

Deliver personal care, medication support, and companionship to service users in their own homes. No previous experience required — full training provided. Must have a caring nature and willingness to learn.

Senior Care Assistant

Full-time

Support the care team with supervision, mentoring, and quality assurance. Minimum 12 months domiciliary care experience required. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred.

Live-in Carer

Rotational

Provide 24-hour live-in care for service users requiring round-the-clock support. Accommodation provided during placement. Previous care experience essential.

Full-time (Office-based)

Manage care scheduling, conduct assessments, and coordinate between service users, families, and the care team. Strong organisational and communication skills essential.

Training & Development

We invest heavily in our people. Every new starter completes a comprehensive induction programme before their first solo visit, and ongoing training continues throughout your career.

  • Care Certificate (15 standards) completion
  • Shadow shifts with experienced carers
