Company Established
Wrenbury Care Services Ltd was incorporated with a clear mission: to provide outstanding domiciliary care that treats every individual with the dignity and respect they deserve. Our founding team brought together decades of combined health and social care experience.
Policy Framework Developed
We developed over 100 policies, procedures, and operational documents aligned with CQC Fundamental Standards. Every document was crafted to reflect not just compliance, but best practice and genuine commitment to quality care delivery.
Staff Training Programme
Our comprehensive training programme was built around the Care Certificate, Skills for Care frameworks, and specialist modules in dementia care, medication management, safeguarding, and infection prevention. Every carer is equipped to deliver outstanding support.
CQC Registration
With our robust governance framework in place, we submitted our CQC registration application. Our documentation demonstrated the depth and quality of our preparation, reflecting a provider ready to deliver care to the highest standards from day one.
Service Delivery Begins
We began accepting referrals and delivering care packages to service users in our coverage area. From the very first visit, our commitment to person-centred, dignified care was evident in every interaction.

Registered Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day management of care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery.
Care Coordinator
Manages care scheduling, conducts initial assessments, and ensures every service user receives the right level of support matched with compatible carers.
Training Lead
Oversees our comprehensive training programme, ensuring every carer has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
